“I’M READY TO COMMIT A FOLLY. WILL YOU JOIN ME?” ~ LUCIENNE

Wildly farcical and deliciously entertaining, this French classic opens our season. Mistaken identities, misunderstandings, and double entendres combine to form this dizzying series of madcap mix-ups. Will Raymonde and Lucienne’s attempt to expose Victor’s infidelity backfire? Or will the dim-witted hotel porter – who bears an uncanny resemblance to our leading man – foil their scheme. Only time and a few slamming doors will tell!

LA PUCE A L’OREILLE (A FLEA IN HER EAR) WAS THE BASIS FOR THE 1968 FILM STARRING REX HARRISON AND ROSEMARY HARRIS.

“DROP DEAD SATIRE” ~ NEW YORK METRO

"The pace so ELECTRIC, the staging SUPERB and the result so ROLLICKING" - Peter Birnie, The Vancouver Sun
