Since the beginning of the Arts Club Theatre Company in 1964, in a converted gospel hall on Seymour Street, the Arts Club has nurtured the talents of such notable actors as Michael J. Fox, Brent Carver, Eric McCormack, Michael Bublé, Nicola Cavendish, Janet Wright, Jeff Hyslop, Jackson Davies, and Ann Mortifee. Our commitment to new play development has resulted in over 70 world premieres and has helped foster the writing careers of Morris Panych, Timothy Findlay, Brad Fraser, Anosh Irani, David King, Michele Riml, John Lazarus, Wendy Lill, Michel Tremblay, George F. Walker, and Tomson Highway. |
